A Wolf Called Wander is a gripping novel based on the real-life adventure of a wolf named Swift, looking to find his way home.  Swift, a young wolf cub, gets separated from his family after a fight with another pack of wolves. He is left alone and must find a new home. He travels more than 1000 miles across the Pacific Northwest encountering peril and danger throughout the journey.  Readers will be captivated by Swift’s adventures.  Black and white illustrations appear throughout the book and a map shows the journey of the wolf who inspired this novel.   

About the Author:

Rosanne Parry has published eight chapter books and many more picture books.  She grew up in the Pacific Northwest and loves working outdoors. Her current summer office is in a tree. She has a new book in the works titled A Horse Named Sky. Checkout her website at https://rosanneparry.com/

About the Illustrator:

Monica Armino graduated with a degree in Fine Arts and currently resides in Madrid, Spain.  She illustrates for many different publishers in Europe and the United States. She also enjoys doing animation.
