Becoming a Learning System, 2018

The authors begin the book by saying, “Nothing will change unless everything changes.”  Systems change research tell us that leadership must orchestrate changes within components of the whole system to achieve different results.  Specifically, sustainable organizational change requires building a shared vision; developing skillful and committed leaders; engaging stakeholders in planning; understanding the context in which change is occurring; building staff capacity; and strengthening the organizational infrastructure.
