Healing for Damaged Emotions, 2015

Although we have inherited through the aftermath of sin a variety of emotions, anger, guilt, depression, feelings of inferiority or perfectionism, the author helps us to work through the process of recognition, self-awareness, submission to God’s Spirit, and development and maturation. Seamands helps us to learn how to release the damaging emotions and experiences of the past and to look forward to emotional rehabilitation in God’s Spirit and His Word.  We all recognize that we are on a Christian Journey, yet oftentimes we fail to recognize all-important road signs along the way that if missed, set us back in our walk with Christ.  Recognition that we are all damaged to some degree emotionally allows us to move onward toward spiritual renewal.
