The authors focus on strategies to improve the learning of every student by implementing Response to Intervention (RtI) as part of a Continuous School Improvement (CSI) process. The five stages of RtI implementation are presented, complemented by the online RtI Implementation Guide.  The Guide includes tools for designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating a schoolwide prevention system.
