Adventist education is in need of teachers!  Part of the solution is successful retention of beginning teachers.  To help retain and develop beginning teachers, professional learning and support during their initial years in the classroom are vital.  The author details a comprehensive mentoring program, which involves four types of support—physical, institutional, emotional, and instructional.
