The Disruption Mindset: Why Some Organizations Transform While Others Fail, 2019

The author proposes that an organization must adopt a disruption mindset for sustainable innovation to occur.  Three elements are necessary:  a strategy designed to meet the needs of future customers; leadership that creates a movement to drive and sustain transformation; and a culture that thrives on disruptive change. Implications for educational institutions can be readily drawn.
